我們使用黑貓冷凍宅配，路線及路況皆由黑貓宅急便安排負責，無法保證於指定時段配達，若因送貨延遲不構成退款理由，敬請見諒。
若提前收到派，請冷凍保存，食用前一天放入冷藏至少24小時解凍，解凍後需於3日內食用完畢。
無提供提袋，餐具等。
雖有最完善的包裝，宅配過程仍有風險。車體運送途中可能造成位移、側邊損傷、裝飾掉落等「微損」，以上均不在毀壞補償範圍內，風險須自行承擔。除非嚴重變形及耗損，黑貓宅配才會視狀況做賠償，可接受者再下單。
收到甜點後請打開檢查並全程錄影，如有嚴重損壞，請拍照並馬上私訊，會有專人處理；處理完成前請勿丟棄或食用，保持原狀以避免爭議。

All desserts are freshly made. As a special product, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Delivery routes and conditions are arranged by Black Cat Express. The delivery time is not guaranteed, and delays do not qualify for refunds.
If the pie is received early, please freeze it. Place it in the fridge at least 24 hours before consumption to defrost. The pie must be eaten within 3 days after defrosting.
Bags and utensils are not provided.
Despite comprehensive packaging, there are risks in delivery, such as cracked crusts, filling cracks, or decoration loss. These are not covered by compensation. Severe deformation or wear will be compensated by Black Cat based on the situation. Please place an order only if you accept these terms.
Upon receiving the dessert, please inspect it and record the process. If serious damage occurs, take photos within two hours and send a private message. Do not discard or consume the pie until the issue is resolved. Keep it in its original condition to avoid disputes.
Unstated matters are subject to 【偉WEI Desserts】's regulations, and 【偉WEI Desserts】 reserves the right to terminate orders at any time.
